They are very professional and respect that customers are their for a quiet and relaxing day and best of all they new who I was as I walked in and were ready for me. I have had A LOT of facials from various spas, but today exceptional. My appointment was for their April special facial and I was so impressed. Zoe was very professional and attentive to what I was looking for in my treatment. The facial was amazing but the extras, like head, arm, and hand message while you have your mask on was a wonderful bonus. It was like getting a facial and massage all in one. I really liked how Zoe took the time to look at my skin after my facial and answer my questions and offer different solutions that might work in the future. Most places just try to sell you products you may or may not need. She took the time to explain how each product/treatment worked and gave me reading matter to take home to help decide which would suit me best. This really is a one of a kind spa and I can’t wait to try other treatments. I highly recommend this spa!
